What is it?Parks Computers Support is an all-in-one computer tool. It can help you connect your device to your WiFi, give you links to download printer drivers, and help you keep your system up to date. It allows you to find many of the free utilities built into Microsoft Windows. Parks Computers Support is provided to all Parks Computers customers for free.
Parks RemoteParks Remote is integrated into Parks Computers Support. It helps Parks Computers technicians remote into your computer to help with software problems.
System UpkeepHelps you find all of the free utilities built into Windows — from Microsoft Updates to scanning your system for malware. It can also let you know if your web browser is out of date and makes it easy to download and install the upgrade.
AlertsParks Computers sends out Alerts to let you know of problems in the computer world you may need to know about.
Device InfoShows you what components are in your computer — from how much RAM you have to whether your hard drive is an SSD.
Windows InfoShows you what version of Windows you are using, whether it is 64-bit, and how long it is supported by Microsoft. Also allows you to see and save your Windows product key.
Windows CommandsA quick reference for the most used Windows commands — Parks Computers Support 22 includes an updated version of Windows Commands.
