Late Monday evening on 3/23/2026, the SSL certificates for www.parkstech.com and www.parkslive.com expired. These certificates renew every 90 days and are designed to auto-renew, but this cycle the renewal did not complete as expected. Our hosting provider had recently updated the servers hosting our websites, and the configuration changes introduced during that update prevented the auto-renewal process from completing.
We worked directly with our hosting provider to diagnose and resolve the issue. The problem has now been fully corrected, and new SSL certificates have been recreated, validated, and installed.
Parks Computers Support (Software) was unable to connect to www.parkstech.com because the SSL certificate expired.
Parks Computers Support (Software) uses the SSL certificate from www.parkstech.com to verify that all updates you receive are authentic and delivered directly from Parks Computers. This ensures the update process is secure, tamper-resistant, and protected from unauthorized sources.
Secure connections to www.parkstech.com and www.parkslive.com have been fully restored, and the Parks Computers Support (Software) update system is functioning as intended.
You don't have to do anything. We are letting you know what happened.
