Version 10.0 Users Only,

Some clients have reported when Parks Computers Support v10.0 is uninstalled some files that are shared are removed. This may happen because Parks Computers Support v10.0 installs some required files. When you uninstall Parks Computers Support v10.0 it removes the files it installed. If some other software is sharing the files it may cause a error.

To fix this potential problem please download the program below and save it to your desktop. Then go to Add / Remove Programs in XP, or Programs and Features in Vista and remove Parks Computers Support v10.0. As soon as the uninstall wizard finishes double click on repair.exe that you download earlier. Once that is finished you are then able to download and install version 11.0.
