You Must have version 10.2 or higher
to upgrade.

There are two parts to the upgrade process.
The first step closes Parks Computers Support and
all modules then the second installer upgrades you
to the latest version. |

If you have Parks Services, Parks Insider, Parks Insider
Live, or any version of Parks Computers Support please
uninstall it. Then download and install the new version.
