Notebook or Desktop computer systems -

Returns that were paid
by credit card will take three business days to process
then a check will be mailed out for the refund.
Non-defective third party and Parks-branded software,
Custom built computer systems, peripheral, electronics
and accessory products (for example: printers,
projectors, MP3 players, PDAs, battery chargers,
un-preinstalled third party software, wireless
cards/access points/routers), may be returned within
fourteen (14) days from the date on the packing slip or
invoice. A fifteen percent (15%) return fee will be
deducted from any refund or credit on any custom built
computer system. A fifteen percent (15%) return fee and
freight charges will be deducted from any refund or
credit on any Special order items.
Any delivery fees will not be refunded
Any labor charges will not be refunded
Software preinstalled on custom built computer systems
cannot be returned.
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product
Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
